This team is the best! Working myself in the real estate industry, I have a sense of knowing what to expect from a lending team and they exceeded all of my expectations by far! This team is soo high quality but also gave me that family orientated feel that I love. They were so responsive to me and all my questions and the whole team was always so kind and polite during this intense time for my husband and me. Manuel and his team were simply outstanding. When others have made the progress difficult and overwhelming with little to no explanation on the process, Manuel and his team made it clear and easy to understand with a breakdown, zoom calls, and flow charts.
